Corporate Governance

BEEL, maintains a firm committment to the highest standards of corporate governance, ethics, and compliance, which guide the decisions and actions of our management and operational teams.

This commitment is reflected in a robust governance structure, the adoption of best practices from international banks and funds, as well as in the implementation of policies, manuals, mechanisms, and procedures designed to mitigate risks related to our operations and those of the projects in which we invest. Notable among these tools are the Code of Ethics, the Customer Identification Manual, the Integrity and KYC Procedures, the Conflict of Interest Policy, the Supplier Contracting Policy, and the Cash Management Policy. These documents guide our actions and serve as the foundation for strengthening an internal culture of integrity, due diligence, and risk prevention.

“We have established a set of principles and practices that guide our actions and provide the foundation for building a strong, ethical, and responsible corporate culture.”

Alejandra Melgoza, ESG Compliance.
